Payment

uplifthing.com accepts debit / credit card payments via Stripes. If you are experiencing any issues with payment and require an alternative method, please send us a message on IG @uplifthing

Shipping

We ship within Malaysia, for West Malaysia we charge shipping at a flat rate of RM7 ( within 5 kgs) . For those ordering from East Malaysia, shipping cost starting from 1kg RM15, shipping fees base on products weight.

Please allow at least 7 working days for delivery ( not including weekends and public holidays). Most of our products are processed within 7 business days. If you need special arrangement for your order please reach us on Instagram @uplifthing or email us at hello@uplifthing.com

However, due to Covid-19, kindly expect some delay in deliveries due to shortage of manpower and also courier operation team is currently facing high shipment load during the period of lock down due to COVID-19 outbreak. Be aware that shipping to East Malaysia may take longer than 2 weeks, any further delays due to customs are beyond our control.

Returns

Due to the time and attention to detail we take in preparing the handcrafted products, all sales are final and not refundable. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at hello@uplifthing.com or IG @uplifthing. Damaged products photo proof and original proof of purchase must be provided for us to process any refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. you will need to inform with within 3 days since you have received your damage item, otherwise we can’t offer a refund or exchange for damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@uplifthing.com or drop us a message on IG @uplifthing

Allergy & Reactions Disclaimer

Products that sold are for adult with normal skin type. If you have sensitive skin/ acne skin or other skin problems, please consult dermatologist before use any products.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or irritation caused by our products. We advise customers with sensitive skin to perform a patch-test prior to incorporating it into their skincare routine.

For individuals that are pre-pregnant / pregnant / nursing / under medication / having other medical condition, please consult doctor before using any essential oil related products

Part of the skin,bath and beauty products provided by uplifthing.com are produced and packaged by third-party companies, all of the products that listed on uplifthing.com are generally listed the possible allergen-containing ingredients on each product page. Any non-labeled products have a risk of possible allergen contamination. You are encouraged to read the important notes on each product you check out your cart as well as before using these products. Uplifthing ventures /uplifthing.com will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to skin, bath or beauty products, including labeled and non-labeled products.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

Uplifthing ventures displays products as accurately that appear at the Site. We cannot guarantee that your phone or monitor display of any product /color will be completely accurate. Uplifthing ventures & our manufacturer partners remain the rights to change the packaging and ingredient lists without notice. Product packaging may differ from what is displayed on uplifthing.com and our social media channels.
