what should i do with the premium essential oil?

1. Use it in your bath: Put a few drops in your bath tub, use a maximum of 6 - 8 drops of essential oil in your bath. Always be careful not to sit on the oils. Don't have the water too hot.Consult your physician if you have a skin condition or are in doubt about the suitability of essential oils in your routine

2. Diffuse it!: Many positive therapeutic benefits can be gained when diffused essential oils, Here are just a few reasons to turn on an aromatherapy diffuser: Scent a room, Cleanse the air, Boost immunity, Promote energy and focus, Calm stress & anxiety and many more!

3. Simply inhale: The easiest way to get the aromatic benefits of an essential oil is by simply taking a few drops from the bottle into the palm of your hands.
